Malcolm Pinder


Malcolm founded SelfEmbodiment in 2012 and has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. He has been a Certified Personal Trainer and accredited by the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2008. He also has a nine-year career in IT, where he learned how to invest in his boutique fitness studio and bring SelfEmbodiment to life.

Malcolm is passionate about instilling lifelong healthy habits in his clients through strength and high-intensity training. His mission, which he brought to ​​SelfEmbodiment, is to specialize in strength training programs to receive the mental and physical benefits of feeling our best and boosting happiness. 

Fitness is a lifestyle for Malcolm. He was an active kid and, as a college athlete, fell in love with feeling strong and seeing the results of a structured and goal-oriented training program. These priority-focused workouts are what he uses today to help his clients gain strength, self-confidence, and a healthy and fit body.  

Malcolm loves to travel with his wife and son when he can take a break from running his business. Some of their favorite destinations are Sedona, Nevis, and Hawaii.
