WHAT IF I CANT DO AN EXERCISE?

  • Don't worry if you can't perform each exercise in the workout. Malcolm will provide you with a modified version of the exercise as an alternative. This will strengthen the targeted muscle group so that you will eventually be able to perform the original exercise.
